About Us
Bang on Brownies was started in 2021 by two brothers. They were on a mission to share the amazing brownies that they learned to make with the "whole world!". It was the beginning of a real adventure as the two brothers made batch after batch of ever better brownies and took them to the world (one neighbour at a time)
The brothers eventually took a break from their Bang On Brownies success after moving house, sporting and Duke of Edenborough commitments. When big brother decided to resurrect the budding Brownie empire for a business project, the boys soon remembered why they loved it in the first place! Together they shared their Brownies with friends, neighbour's and eventually, with very happy customers at car boot sales and markets.

How long do your brownies stay fresh, and what's the best way to store them?
Our brownies are best enjoyed fresh! They typically stay wonderfully fudgy for up to 5-7 days at room temperature in an airtight container. For longer freshness, you can refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks, or even freeze them for up to 3 months – just be sure to wrap them tightly in cling film and then foil. To enjoy a frozen brownie, simply let it thaw at room temperature for a few hours, or gently warm it in the microwave for a few seconds for a delicious, gooey treat!
How do I place an order, and what are your delivery/shipping options?
